Coaching Services and Fees
Although they don't have to be, coaching sessions are generally shared "virtually" via some form of electronic communication such as telephone or even email. There are several important reasons for this.
- Primarily it is because most coaching clients are people with a lot going on. They hold executive positions, run startup companies, and manage busy households. To participate in a coaching session you don't have to leave your home or office to travel across town.
- Privacy is another consideration. The coach/client relationship is as inviolable as the attorney/client or doctor/patient relationship. Talking to your coach from the privacy of your home or office encourages the openness and honesty necessary for success.
- Mobility and accessibility are also factors. No matter where you are, your coach is only a phone call away. As long as you have access to a phone or a computer, you can reach your coach or participate in a scheduled coaching session.
Coaching services fall into the following categories:
Individual Coaching: Business and/or Personal:
You can work individually with Judy to plan and integrate success strategies into your life. She will give you a "kick in the butt" and/or a hug when you need it most. Because the coach/client relationship needs to be a good fit for both parties, you will be given a no-cost consultation. Since most coaching today is done by phone for convenience, confidentiality and time effectiveness; once you decide the coach/client relationship is for you, you will be given a toll-free number for your use. Sessions are usually conducted at regularly scheduled times and most calls last between 40 and 60 minutes, and are scheduled two, three or four times per month depending on the client. There is unlimited email support and free check-in phone service. Individual monthly coaching fees vary depending on the client's needs. All options will be explained before we decide to work together.(Visa, MC, and Amex accepted). The length of time you retain the services of Moving On is entirely up to you. We do ask that you make an emotional and mental commitment to at least six months. The average is about 18 months. You will begin to see results even after the first session, but if you feel you are not getting value within the first 30 days, you may request a refund.
Corporate On-Site and Training:
Many companies require coaching for managers, an executive or an entire team. These programs are designed to directly impact the efficiency and performance of key employees who directly impact the bottom line. Group coaching by teleconference is highly recommended after team training as it has been known to dramatically improve the retention and implementation of the training.
